Medical Grade Microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, is an anti-ageing cosmetic procedure that involves pricking the surface of the skin with tiny, sterilised needles triggering your body to prompt the regrowth of collagen and elastin during the healing process with remarkable results. During the procedure, Hyaluronic Acid and Skin Boosting Serums are absorbed into the skin for a healthy and rejuvenated look. There are fewer side effects than laser or intensive peels and a much quicker recovery!

Microneedling Benefits

Fine Lines & Wrinkles

Collagen and Elastin are compounds in your skin that add structure and strength, lending a youthful quality. The wound-healing mechanisms also stimulate your body to produce new skin cells, making fine lines, crow's feet, and forehead lines less apparent.

Scar Treatment

Because micro-needling stimulates collagen and elastin production, it is also super effective in addressing Acne and other scars on your skin. The only type of scar not possible to treat is Keloid or raised scars.

Sun Damage

Particularly Hyperpigmentation and Age Spots. If you have a blotchy, brownish complexion, which is probably a result of too many days of sunning, micro-needling can reinvigorate your look and even out your skin tone.

Anti-Ageing

As you get older, your skin loses its elasticity, so it appears lax. The build-up of collagen that occurs in response to tiny wounds can improve skin structure to fight sagging.

Shrinks Pores

Helps large pores appear much smaller and overall skin texture is improved.

Improves the Effectiveness of Topical Products

Primetime to apply anti-ageing treatments, moisturisers and other topical treatments that boost skin health and appearance. The micro-holes receive the products more readily and deliver them deeper into your dermis when applied regularly.

Rosacea

skin thickening of rosacea can be addressed. Collagen loss can also be stimulated via the growth of collagen, so your skin looks less inflamed and irritated.

Acne Improvements

Because of the improved delivery of topical applications, you can use micro-needling to improve the effectiveness of topical acne treatments. (Although, microneedling cannot be carried out on inflamed or active acne)
