Semi Permanent Make-Up (SPMU)

Sometimes referred to as micro pigmentation or cosmetic tattooing, semi-permanent makeup is a treatment that can give you a ready-made up look without all the hassle of applying every single day. By injecting tiny amounts of pigment into the dermal layers of your skin, you can save yourself all that mirror time in the morning applying your eyeliner, lip liner/lip gloss or eyebrows.

Individual to you

We will discuss your desired look in-depth at your appointment before beginning your chosen procedure; carefully pre-drawing shapes that suit your individual face shape and discussing colours that suit your skin tone.

Each procedure is practically painless with minimal downtime and detailed aftercare instructions are given according to your chosen treatment.

Please note for Semi-Permanent Eyeliner, mascara must be avoided for 5-7 days so plan appointments wisely around important social engagements!!

SPMU Eyeliner

Semi-Permanent Eyeliner is great for those with poor eyesight, sensitive skin, unsteady hands or just for those looking to save time and enhance their everyday look with the convenience of being completely smudge and smear-free!

With my eyeliner technique, I can create a precise and crisp pigment line to your desired thickness and shape. An inconspicuous, natural enhancement on your top and bottom lids will make your eyes pop and sparkle, or if you prefer a more made-up look, a thicker application can wave goodbye to wobbly lines for good!

Results last up to three years, however, top-up procedure times vary depending on skin type and lifestyle.

Full Aftercare Instructions will be provided at your appointment.

SPMU  Lip Blush

Taking the beauty industry by storm, Semi-Permanent Lip Blush is a subtle and natural enhancement; great for those with poor eyesight, sensitive skin, unsteady hands or just for those looking to save time and enhance their everyday look with the convenience of being completely smudge and smear-free!

Lip Blush restores a subtle blush of pigment into the lips creating a youthful, more defined and symmetrical appearance.

  • Lip tattoos take between three and 10 days to heal, depending on the size and depth of the treatment.

  • You need not take time off work following the procedure, as you’ll be pain-free within hours.

  • The colour intensity will fade up to 40-60% after the first treatment, which is why we recommend a top-up 4-6 weeks later.

  • The treatment is not painful, with most of my clients reporting only minor discomfort.

  • A full consultation is undertaken before treatment where we will discuss shape, colour options and a topical numbing cream will be applied.

  • Clients who have suffered from cold sores (Herpes virus – Herpes simplex) can experience symptoms of the infection after the treatment to the lips. Anti-herpes medication is available over the counter or on prescription and has been shown to prevent or minimize such outbreaks.

  • Lips after the procedure may appear very flaky/crusty for up to one week following the procedure.

  • Detailed aftercare instructions and information will be provided.

  • Results last up to three years.
